      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the HOME Investment Partnership Program and manage related projects
      - Develop and maintain relationships with affordable housing developers and project funders
      - Prepare and review funding applications and project budgets
      - Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with federal regulations
      - Conduct inspections of previously funded projects for ongoing compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field; OR
      - Associate’s Degree in a related field and two (2) years of experience in community development and housing program administration; OR
      - Four (4) years of experience in community development and housing program administration
      - Valid driver's license in the State of Oregon with an acceptable driving record
      - Ability to pass a criminal background check post-offer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs
      - Experience with affordable housing finance and development
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data effectively
      - Previous work experience in a government or non-profit organization focused on housing and community development
