      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update HR task lists, timelines, and recurring reminders
      - Track HR-related data and maintain internal trackers and spreadsheets
      - Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring processes are followed consistently
      - Assist with ongoing HR projects, tracking progress, deadlines, and action items
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, scheduling meetings and documenting next steps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, operations, or an assistant role
      - Strong organizational and task management skills
      - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and internal tools
      - Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through
      - Clear written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting a Chief of Staff, HR lead, or operations leader
      - Familiarity with HRIS tools, ATS platforms, or compliance workflows
      - Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment
