      Job summary

      The People Partnering team at Airedale are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join our innovative and forward thinking team. We have a strong team ethos and work together effectively to ensure our people come first in everything we do. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to work in a fast paced and exciting environment supporting a diverse portfolio. The role will work across the Trust, primarily supporting Corporate Services.

      Although a core member of the People and OD Team, you will be an integral part of the managementteams you support. As a HR People Partner you will lead on all aspects of the people agenda for the Directorate including strategic workforce planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce.

      You will be educated to masters level, CIPD qualified, possess good judgement, sound decision making and the ability to influence. You will need to have a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage and interpret data accurately. You must also have exceptional organisational skills and the skill to manage multifaceted change initiatives.

      Main duties of the job

      The successful HR People Partner will ensure that we provide the best HR service through thedevelopment of strong people practices, robust policies and procedures and ensuring a culture which isin line with our values and behaviours.

      With demonstrable experience in a senior HR position and a strong technical knowledge, you will be acompassionate leader and a good listener, someone who truly values collaborative working andengagement.

      A key component of the role is the development of excellent working relationships with senior managers and multi-professional staff, built on credibility and excellent technical knowledge and an expert in strategic HR management and positive transformation.
