      HR Business Partner Central Europe

      HR Business Partner contributes to a wide range of employee lifecycle touchpoints and related HR processes within CE Cluster. The position handles the day-to-day HR activities within the area and acts as key point of contact for employees, managers and HR services providers.

      MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Acting as a primary contact for employee queries and partners and advises line managers on HR related topics

      • Conducting Global HR processes locally, in the geographic scope of Central Europe Cluster (recruitment, performance and talent management, talent development, compensation & benefits, HR administration, employee relations)

      • Acting as proactive advisor and mentor to people managers on topics of performance management, team management, talent development, culture, and reward.

      • Driving implementation and roll out of Cluster-wide HR projects.

      • Participation in various people-related projects or workstreams, in direct connection with regional HR team and/or global HR Centers of Excellence or Operations teams.

      • Active participation in recruitment projects for regular professional roles in collaboration with AZ Talent Acquisition team and external recruitment team, as well as in onboarding new hires.

      • Handling employment files and preparing working contracts, addendums and other HR related documents, in liaison with the external HR admin partners and external lawyers.

      • Communication with relevant authorities and collaborates with HR services’ providers.

      • Handling employee data in HR enterprise systems and delivers various regular or ad-hoc reports.

      • Collaboration closely with external payroll company and internal Finance function to complete the monthly payroll exercise and related activities.

      • Coordinate and contribute to the improvement of employee benefits package.

      • Liaise with external health and safety provider and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of service and compliance with health and safety standard.

      • Perform all business activities in accordance with the AZ Code of Ethics and the appropriate Policies , Standards. and Procedures relevant for their position and duties

      • Undertake all vital training pertaining to the Code of Ethics and Policies, Standards and Procedures

      • Adhere to AZ Standards for Patient Safety and Product Quality Complaints reporting.

      • Report all incidents, accidents (including traffic accidents), occupational diseases, and safety related deviations to the immediate manager, and SHE Coordinator, as well as complies with other safety-related reporting requirements relevant the role.

      REQUIREMENTS

      • University degree

      • Relevant HR hands-on experience, ideally in Generalist /Advisor/ HR Business Partner role

      • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to interact at different levels in a professional and positive manner.

      • Very good analytical skills and literacy in handling data and reports, using Excel and HR systems

      • Self-driven personality and ability to manage activities in a solution oriented and independent manner.

      • Well-organized, efficient in approach and able to take care of multiple priorities.

      • Digitally savvy and data driven, looking at data to advise decisions in the business.

      • Effective in communication, including advanced level of English (oral and written)

      • Curiosity and learning agility – eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology.

      • Full accountability for driving agenda and own the results' delivery.
