      You will provide your expertise in HR topics for our country organizations in Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. Your structured and proactive way of working is required when it comes to HR initiatives and processes. In this way, you provide our business with optimal support so that they meet their business goals. This position can be based in one of the above mentioned countries and is part of our HR Europe Team.

      This is what you can move

      • Serve as HR Consultant and sparring partner for the leadership teams in the defined cluster countries by delivering high quality HR Service and expertise
      • Further develop and manage strategical HR initiatives and processes, together with the regional HR Team, to achieve the business goals of the Cluster in scope
      • Ensure the Cluster strategy is supported and executed in alignment with headcount allocation, resources, and the effective management of people
      • In the country, were the HRBP is based, the role also includes the overall responsibility of HR activities in line with all local regulations connected to an HR function
      • Oversee and drive the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities in the respective Cluster to support the company`s Mission, Vision and Strategy
      • Support change management programs to facilitate change, growth, and business objectives

      What you bring along

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR discipline, and HR professional qualification preferred
      • At least 3 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment and in managing HR topics in more than one European country
      • A track record of providing expert HR consultation to leaders on strategic initiatives
      • Recent experience of delivery in all facets of human resources, including performance management, talent assessment, learning and development, organizational design and change management
      • Fluency in English and one additional local language (Italian, Spanish, French)
      • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop
