Job Description

- Partner with Supervisors and Managers to assess workforce needs and provide recruitment and training solutions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Create, update, and maintain training records in compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records management and compliance documentation.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in coordinating employee development programs and training sessions.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Apply sound judgment and common sense understanding to execute written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a custom configured, high-mix, high-customized, low volume
- Excellent positive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record in training employees about safety and production
- Experience with ISO-9001 requirements and processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
- Leadership and decision making-ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Associate degree in business, industrial engineering or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.
