      We have an exciting opportunity for a new HR Business Partner to truly support our leaders at If. Our HR mission is to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, creating seamless and proactive people processes that add value for our leaders and employees. Our HR team comprises over 140 dedicated and skilled colleagues, organized into five functional units.

      You will join the HR Business Partner organization, known for its high ambitions and passion for our business. Operating within a matrix organization, you will be part of the Finnish HR Business Partner team, located in Espoo and Turku, reporting to the Head of HR Business Partner Finland.       As a trusted and valued HR Business Partner, you will support our business in achieving its goals by offering top-notch HR expertise.

      About the Role

      In this role, you will independently support specific business units. You are expected to work closely with the business, supporting leaders and management teams by driving the people agenda. You will support, coach, and inspire, finding new perspectives and implementing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting and driving HR processes and practices throughout the employment lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, change management, performance management, culture initiatives, competence development, labor law, health and wellbeing, and HRIS.

      With your senior expertise in similar positions, you are expected to deliver proactive, high-quality HR service that enables the achievement of strategic business goals and helps our leaders make even better decisions. Most likely you will be a member of a management team where and you will participate in and sometimes lead various HR projects, both locally and across the Nordics.

      You have a strong drive and passion for influencing the people agenda within the business and have preferably been a member in a management or leadership team. You are perceived as a trustworthy partner and a true professional with excellent communication skills. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive change, and you speak up when necessary. You are passionate about matching the right talents with the right positions and are committed to developing yourself, others, and the tools and processes we use. You strive to add value in everything you do and aim to make processes smooth and efficient. You are business-savvy and understand what creates the most value. Working at a strategic level and supporting leaders at all levels is natural for you, but you are also comfortable with operational tasks. You are an excellent communicator, fluent in both Finnish and English.

      You Also Have:

      • Broad experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role with a university degree in a relevant field.

      • Solid knowledge of various HR processes and experience in supporting and coaching leaders with their people responsibilities.

      • Experience and competence in running HR projects and developing HR processes.

      • The ability to utilize people analytics and data to achieve better results.

      • Experience in matrix organizations and cross-border working is an asset.
