      HR Business Partner

      Hybrid- Ideally looking for candidates either based near Leeds, Manchester Rotherham and Durham, or south area of Milton Keynes, Peterborough and South Cambs. A HR Business Partner central to both these locations would be ideal.

      Regular travel for this role is essential.

      Full Time, Permanent, up to £50,000 per annum

      About the role:

      As part of this role, you will be involved in a variety of activities, where no two days are the same and you can guarantee to be challenged, questioned, involved in implementing change and witnessing growth within the business.

      As a HR Business Partner, you will support the leaders in our business and managers within our branches across our major contracts with a wide range of people; tasks to include but not limit to; organisational design and restructures, people planning, TUPE in and out, HR Branch Audits and much more.

      Ideally, we are looking for someone who holds a CIPD level 5 qualification or above, but timed experience and knowledge will also be considered. An understanding of TUPE and trade union partnerships is a must and experience in Social Housing, MOD, MOJ & GOV would be advantageous but not essential.

      The best person for this role would be someone who is personable, that can understand our business and managers and build long and fruitful relationships with everyone from administrators to senior directors.

      The successful HR Business Partner will be outgoing and resilient, someone who will not shy away from a challenge and build effect relationships.

      Role Criteria:

      • Strong commercial HR Business Partner with a hands-on approach to business, we are keen to meet Business Partners with varied credible experience across Restructures, TUPE, Trade union relationship, Compliance and HR Strategies.
      • Experience of working across the whole HR function
      • Experience of providing remote and face-face advice to managers at all levels.
      • Experience of working within the public and private sector.
      • Ability to work to tight deadlines and managing multiple workstreams effectively.
      • In depth knowledge and experience of operating at senior management level in HR or learning and development.
