      Volaris Group, a leading force in the software industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team! Here, you'll play a key role in shaping our vibrant company culture and supporting the success of our talented employees across multiple business units within the Bureau Portfolio at Volaris Group. The HRBP acts as a consultant and trusted advisor to leadership on human resource–related issues as well as promoting alignment between HR practices and the organization’s goals.

      Job Description:

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

      • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

      • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

      • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.

      • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.

      • Assist in change management initiatives and support organizational culture efforts.

      • Collaborate and support the talent acquisition team in their efforts to meet business staffing needs.

      • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

      • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.

      • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and business acumen.

      • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

      • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

      • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
