HR Governance: Function as a local expert and responsible person for all legal /governance-related topics in the UK and for the dedicated business area where applicable.
Talent & Resourcing: Partner with the team to assist talent acquisition activities, influence hiring strategy to support wider incentives
Learning & Development: Identify training required and work with the L&D Team to build, promote, and implement successfully across your regions.
Performance Management: Maintain a detailed understanding of our country performance management process while ensuring local delivery, and own Performance Improvement Plans & Disciplinary processes.
Reward: Collaborate with the Reward team during Annual Salary Review / Bonus processes, advise on legal changes, and provide local insights and inputs where required.
Mobility: Support with package/severance discussions and ensure smooth arrival/exit in-country experience for assignees.
University Degree / (Bachelor or Master or similar Degree)
Great business insight and understanding of key business metrics.
Extensive HR experience and practice, ideally with good data insights
Broad experience in employee relations and knowledge of UK legislation
Experience in working with consultation/employee forums.
Proficient in English, fluency in other European languages a bonus
Experience within an international matrix organisation
Experience in working with and influencing Senior Management on HR issues
Our team is seeking a Country HR People Partner in the UK to support our business support functions, operating as a true Business Partner with a bias for action, and the ability to influence business group direction in collaboration with the assigned Strategic HRBP.
Collaborating across our various HR teams, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day tasks as well as leading or contributing to high-profile projects, local country DEI and engagement initiatives. You should also be adept with managing a diverse stakeholder group, adapting your communication styles to support desired business outcomes, remaining resilient to pushback, and professionally challenging situations.
