      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain business relationships with new clients through HR Sales Consulting
      - Identify and develop prospects via curated lists and self-generated opportunities
      - Conduct demos and discovery calls to close new business
      - Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
      - Utilize Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically in HR consulting sales experience required
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven relationship-building and client service skills

      - Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
