What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR processes and systems
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR-related documentation, such as process guides and FAQs
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews, monitoring background checks, and conducting follow-ups
- Monitor and manage recruiter/employee requests through HR platforms, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with HRSS leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting HR operations in a global or multi-regional environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Collaborative mindset with a high degree of self-awareness and adaptability in challenging situations
