What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer a high volume of complex inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality service and creating a positive experience for partners
- Apply critical thinking and active listening skills to diagnose callers' needs and document key details
- Communicate policies, processes, and provide information in response to partner inquiries
- Utilize multiple systems to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Act as an escalation point of contact for critical and complex partner resource concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in customer service and/or a call center environment
- Experience in researching, analyzing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coaching or leading others
- Case management experience
- Continuous improvement experience
- Human resources experience or education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
