What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other internal/external systems, optimizing data flow
- Lead and support Workday-related projects, overseeing system testing and deployment strategies
- Provide user support and training, troubleshooting issues, and creating training materials
- Develop and maintain HR and payroll-related reports within Workday for business decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering Workday HR modules across the employee lifecycle
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting Human Resources and payroll processes within Workday
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and testing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), and reporting within Workday
- Ability to lead projects and manage timelines effectively
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Experience creating documentation for standard operating procedures and workflows
