      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee system performance, enhancements, and user satisfaction across Workday modules
      - Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of business processes in Workday
      - Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into actionable Workday solutions
      - Manage API and SFTP integrations, ensuring proper documentation and optimization
      - Mentor and upskill level one HRIS analysts through training and development opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
      - 5+ years of progressive experience working with Workday, including at least 2 years in a lead analyst or systems administration role
      - Expert-level knowledge of Workday modules, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities
      - Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights
      - Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and supporting large-scale HRIS systems

      - Experience collaborating across departments with a focus on stakeholder management and customer service
