      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and present data for key People initiatives, including compensation and benefits
      - Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports aligned to business needs, ensuring data accuracy
      - Manage and enhance HRIS functionality, including system configuration and automation
      - Support the integrity of compensation data through analysis and benchmarking
      - Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and Finance to deliver analytics support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Statistics)
      - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically in HR systems
      - Strong understanding of HR data structures, compensation analysis, and people metrics
      - Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides (or Excel and PowerPoint)
      - Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Paylocity or similar HR systems
      - Knowledge of Compensation Databases, ideally CompAnalyst - Salary.com
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or PowerBi
      - Positive customer service focus for stakeholders
      - Experience facilitating performance management tools
