      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee Workday system performance, enhancements, and user satisfaction across modules
      - Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of complex business processes in Workday
      - Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for all Workday issues across functional teams
      - Partner with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable Workday solutions
      - Lead testing efforts for enhancements, new features, and integrations, ensuring data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
      - 5+ years of progressive experience working with Workday, including at least 2 years in a lead analyst or systems administration role
      - Expert-level knowledge of Workday modules, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities
      - Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to clearly present data-driven insights
      - Demonstrated ability to lead HRIS initiatives independently from design to implementation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting large-scale HRIS systems
      - Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a passion for professional development of junior team members
