What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer, support, and maintain the Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues to ensure database accuracy
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation while providing training to system users
- Assist with projects related to HRIS administration and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management information systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems within a complex organization
- Strong understanding of database design, structure, and functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to develop reports and queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Ultimate Software (UKG) is preferred
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with limited supervision
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Creative problem-solving skills and original thinking
