      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a cross-functional project support and subject matter expert for HRIS system enhancements and process improvements
      - Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving HRIS issues
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process efficiencies and auditing needs
      - Maintain the integrity of system data and enhance data governance and business processes
      - Support HR reporting needs by gathering requirements and monitoring report development progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of two years of HRIS or related experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams
      - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience with Workday HCM or similar SaaS platform implementation preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience beyond the minimum requirement may substitute for educational qualifications
      - Familiarity with HR reporting and data management tools
      - Experience with system configuration and testing procedures
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
