What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily HRIS operations to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Design and maintain HRIS to support data management and reporting needs
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for actionable insights in workforce planning and compliance
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for ongoing system usage
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop solutions leveraging HR systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically UKG
- Working knowledge of PC applications and report-generating tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
- FPC or CPP designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of Designation in General Insurance
- Demonstrated expertise with HRIS report writers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
