- Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of UKG Pro and Cognos reporting solutions.
- Help ensure system reliability, data integrity, and an exceptional user experience.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, audits, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve HRIS and data-related issues through our ticketing process.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT partners to continuously improve system performance and business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics and SQL.
- Create advanced queries to analyze, validate, and transform HR data.
- Support both strategic and operational reporting that influences business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations through accurate and meaningful HR analytics.
- Work directly with HR stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
- Translate requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.
- Serve as a trusted resource for HR technology and reporting capabilities.
- 3+ years supporting UKG Pro and IBM Cognos Analytics environments.
- Experience creating and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and data solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting process analysis, and recommending technology solutions.
- Background supporting system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and configuration.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and data validation techniques.
- Experience with HRIS reporting, data analysis, and reporting frameworks.
- Knowledge of HR data structures, integrations, and system functionality.
- Ability to identify trends, analyze issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job
This is a remote role but requires living in one of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin
6-Month Contract to hire.
