What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows to guide prospects through the acquisition lifecycle
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for automated and campaign-based email and SMS communications
- Create and maintain a HubSpot lead scoring system based on engagement and buying intent
- Implement automated retargeting strategies through email and SMS to engage nonmembers
- Build dashboards and reports for lead flow, scoring, and engagement performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub automation and workflows
- Strong email design and direct response copywriting skills
- Ability to design and build emails using HubSpot's email tools and templates
- Strong understanding of membership nurture and acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HubSpot reporting and data analysis
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple automation tracks
- Familiarity with lead scoring and segmentation best practices
