      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the creation and maintenance of personnel files and records
      - Welcome new employees and support the orientation process
      - Collaborate with the HR Manager on various staff development programs
      - Execute monthly in-services in partnership with department heads and HR
      - Prepare reports to aid the HR Manager in decision-making regarding human resources policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
      - Effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
      - Home health experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Paycom preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health services
      - Familiarity with Paycom software
      - Strong team player with a proactive attitude
      - Background in human resources or related field
