Job Description

- First Level Employee Support: With a focus on employee-centered service, triage and address or escalate employee inquires and concerns whether in person, via email, or by phone
- Employee Records: Maintain and update both physical and electronic employee records, ensuring order, accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with procedures and legal requirements
- HR Systems: Initiate and process various transactions in the HR information management system ensuring accuracy and data integrity (e.g., new hires, promotions, wage changes, leave of absence, timecards, performance documents, etc.)
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support strategic planning.
- Payroll Support: Assist with preparation of timecards; coordinate errors and retro-active adjustments with HR team and/or shared services payroll.
- Support Employee Services: Serve as primary day-to-day employee, and sometimes vendor, contact for employee services, such as:
- Uniforms – new services, termination of services, employee complaints, direct sales orders, invoice review and reconciliation
- Safety Shoes – provide employee support for orders, issues, reimbursements, and distribution
- Safety Glasses – assist employees with distribution and reimbursements
- Recruitment Support: Support recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Send calendar invites, prepare interview packs, and confirm details with all parties.
- Collect and organize resumes, applications, and interview feedback.
- Assist in preparing offer letters or onboarding documents.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening and reference checks as required.
- Assist in setting up onboarding sessions.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and systems access is arranged.
- Events and Hospitality: Provide hospitality support for events, including: securing space, preparing packages, managing catering, meeting setup, etc.
- Benefits Administration: Assist day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including leaves of absence under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Office Management: Order and maintain stationary supplies for the Human Resources department.

- Knowledge and experience in administration and compliance of HR operations
- Experience working with an HRIS, Workday and ADP Vantage preferred
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as external third party representatives.
- Strong communication and follow through skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a demanding environment and to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent written presentation skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and PivotTables.

- 3-5 years relevant experience, 5+ preferred
- High School diploma or GED is expected.
Position Summary:
The Level 3 Human Resources Administrator is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties for the Human Resources Department.
