What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and upload all employee files into the electronic filing system
- Run report queries for various HR areas on a weekly basis
- Assist with completing security forms and onboarding needs
- Conduct research regarding employees' prior service
- Enter HR transactions into the HRIS system and serve as a backup to the administrative team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in Human Resources or a bachelor's degree in business or human resources
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in employee relations or transactions management
- Familiarity with digital filing software and electronic record management
- Experience in performance management processes
- Strong research skills related to HR functions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
