      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of recruitment, including updating position descriptions, preparing announcements, and attending job fairs
      - Monitor interviews and assessments, providing training for interview panels
      - Conduct salary analyses and make recommendations to the HR Generalist
      - Perform HR actions entry into the human resources information system and conduct New Employee Orientation
      - Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and track recruitment records and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of human resources experience
      - A valid Arizona Driver's License
      - Knowledge of state and federal human resources laws and recruitment techniques
      - Strong analytical and communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with human resources information systems and recruitment computer applications
      - Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
      - Demonstrated skills in customer service and time management
      - Experience in promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives
