      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the employer as a prime employer of choice
      - Partner with hiring managers to identify department needs and source suitable candidates
      - Establish and maintain candidate eligibility lists by reviewing applications and credentials
      - Participate in external recruitment efforts, including job fairs and outreach events
      - Prepare reports and statistical analyses using Microsoft Office Suite

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or a related field
      - Valid Class 'C' Texas Driver's License
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources recruitment utilizing proactive recruiting techniques
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Familiarity with employment law and policies, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and Equal Employment Opportunity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAP and NEOGOV Applicant Tracking System
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
      - Proven ability to engage in outreach techniques for diverse candidate pools
      - Experience in developing job postings and recruitment materials
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
