- Partner with the Compensation Manager to analyze compensation data, support benchmarking, and monitor pay equity and internal consistency.
- Collect, interpret, and report on HR data across functions, including recruiting, retention, engagement, benefits, learning & development, and performance management.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand workforce trends and make data-informed decisions.
- Support cyclical HR processes (e.g., compensation cycles, talent reviews, surveys) with robust data preparation and analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems including PayFactors, UKG, and other tools.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify data needs and proactively deliver insights that inform talent strategies.
- Create and maintain reports for compliance and audit purposes, including EEO, pay transparency, and other regulatory data.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives focused on workforce planning, organizational health, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pay-related laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Continuously research and suggest ways to refine strategies that support business growth and evolving workforce needs.
- Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a love of digging into data.
- Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communicator who can present complex data in a simple, compelling way.
- Curious and proactive-someone who seeks out patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related field.
- Expert-level Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience working with HR platforms and compensation tools (e.g., UKG, PayFactors) preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Summary:
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and data-savvy HR Analyst to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to support compensation analytics while also contributing to broader HR insights across the full spectrum of HR disciplines-including talent acquisition, operations, training and development, benefits, equity, and local HR teams. You'll help us unlock the power of our people data to guide decisions, shape strategy, and drive impact across the organization.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD
The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
