      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR Partners, Finance, and leadership
      - Prepare and coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Collaborate with HR teams to optimize HR systems and maintain data integrity
      - Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR analytics, payroll coordination, or a related role
      - Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
      - Experience with Workday HCM platform and ADP eTime
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
      - Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages such as R or Python
      - Background in working within a global or multi-site organization
