      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
      - Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage candidate pipelines
      - Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
      - Serve as a frontline resource for HR inquiries from employees regarding policies and benefits
      - Support various HR initiatives and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4+ years of combined experience in Human Resources Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or HR Operations
      - Proven experience managing interview scheduling and candidate pipelines efficiently
      - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
      - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
      - Experience in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) or healthcare/telemedicine industry
      - Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams
