      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Record and update employee information, including personal data, compensation, and performance reviews
      - Examine employee data to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel
      - Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including onboarding and offboarding processes
      - Utilize HRIS systems for record-keeping and prepare reports from personnel data
      - Perform various administrative tasks related to the HR department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree preferred or a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a human resources role
      - Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
