What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and copying
- Assist employees with access to policy requests and required HR documents
- Help with recruiting efforts and screening potential employees
- Maintain and organize employee records in the HR software system
- Assist with employee benefits enrollments, terminations, and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human resources or administrative support within an educational setting
- Familiarity with HRIS and electronic record-keeping systems
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Skills in event planning and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Apps
