      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate logistics for new hires and offboarding, continuously improving onboarding materials and processes
      - Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
      - Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and support updates to pay, titles, and responsibilities
      - Organize annual reviews, track follow-ups, and support staff surveys and engagement efforts
      - Assist with time-off tracking, benefits documentation, and updates across HR tools and platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
      - 0-2 years of experience in HR support, office administration, or related roles
      - HR certifications such as aPHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
      - Familiarity with HR systems and basic knowledge of HR policies is advantageous
