      Overview

      Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding logistics, issuing reports, maintaining HR division webpages, managing HR-related tickler reports (e.g., WGI, career ladder promotions), administering recognition programs, and assisting with data entry and record-keeping in HR systems. The role may also assist with the drug testing program and professional credential reimbursements.

      This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

      Responsibilities

      • Provide administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department.
      • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding logistics.
      • Issue reports and maintain HR division webpages.
      • Manage HR-related tickler reports (e.g., WGI, career ladder promotions).
      • Administer employee recognition programs.
      • Assist with data entry and record-keeping in HR systems.
      • Support HR documentation and administrative processes.
      • Assist with the drug testing program when required.
      • Assist with professional credential reimbursement processes.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      Qualifications

      • Active Top Secret
      • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
      • Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Familiarity with basic HR processes and terminology.
      • Minimum Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED + 1 year relevant administrative or HR support experience.


      Desired Qualifications

      • Some college coursework in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
