What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee forms and documents
- Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes remotely
- Answer basic employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
- Process employee status changes and benefits enrollments, maintaining accurate records
- Assist in the implementation of organizational policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Interest in human resources, administration, payroll, and benefits
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical conduct at all times
- Dependable and punctual with a strong adherence to instructions and policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Workspace products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human resources or related administrative roles
- Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Previous involvement in employee onboarding or training processes
- Understanding of employee benefits and compensation structures
