      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Data entry of information for new hires, status changes, terminations, etc.
      - Assists HR Team with daily administrative functions and record maintenance
      - Provides customer service by answering employee requests and questions
      - Ensures policy and regulatory compliance by providing accurate and timely employee data
      - Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other Human Resources programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One (1) or more years of Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator experience
      - 1-2 years of Human Resources data entry experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources Management preferred
      - Human Resources certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred
      - Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment law
