      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish collaborative relationships with business leaders and employees to enhance morale and productivity
      - Provide performance management guidance, including coaching and counseling for employees
      - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough investigations and prompt follow-ups
      - Utilize data analytics to identify trends and develop strategies for employee engagement and retention
      - Guide operational leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in partnership with the DEI team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or HR Certification preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of proven HR experience, including 3 years in employee relations
      - Ability to travel as needed to assigned business units within the U.S. (30%)
      - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines and applicable employment laws
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a multi-site service industry
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
      - Knowledge of HRIS systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
