What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the company's compliance library
- Deploy Alternative Work Schedule policies in collaboration with Operations Management
- Research and monitor changes in laws and regulations nationwide
- Ensure compliance with EEO-1 requirements and reporting to government bureaus
- Manage Worker's Compensation rules, including reports for monopolistic states
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Degree or some college-preferred
- Experience with Canadian Law and working with unions
- Knowledge of employment law regulations
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred
- Previous Human Resources or relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
