      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
      - Respond to HR-related inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality
      - Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review
      - Organize onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee paperwork and data entry
      - Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a human resource-related discipline or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels of the organization
      - Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting HR, preferably in the IT or healthcare industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR Certification
      - 1+ years of experience in an administrative and support capacity
      - Knowledge of human resource practices
      - Experience using talent management, HRIS, and/or applicant tracking software
      - Experience interacting with outside customers or candidates in a professional manner
