- Bachelors degree, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
- 1+ years related experience. Completion of an internship program in a related environment is a plus.
- Provides customer support and project/administrative support to Talent Acquisition and Leadership management and recruitment staff.
- May assist in the planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reporting of activities including, but not limited to, customer support initiatives and projects.
- Provides the best possible customer and/or employee support and service by using high quality, professional oral and written skills.
- Assists in preparation of customer support-focused presentation materials.
- Assists in employee orientation activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Human Resources Coordinator supports Talent and Acquisition management in addressing day to day issues, and is responsible for administrative, regulatory, recruiting, onboarding, orientation and project support.

Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,526.72 - $69,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
