What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish, implement, and coordinate HR processes and programs
- Provide regional-wide HR leadership and direction
- Oversee HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams
- Resolve employee relations issues and maintain documentation
- Develop engagement and retention programs for employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field
- MBA or Master’s Degree in HR Management preferred
- SPHR or similar certification preferred
- 8 years progressive HR experience with 4 years in management
- Experience in multi-state & international environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- M&A experience
- Remote work experience
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and HRIS
- Experience with ADP or SuccessFactors
