- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, status changes, and offboarding in the HRIS system
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, 401(k), billing, and compliance
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related data
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files and records
- Support performance evaluation processes and accountability initiatives
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and contribute to annual strategic goals
- Coordinate with external vendors and systems to ensure operational efficiency and issue resolution
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to support engagement, communication, and HR program execution
- Assist with internal training delivery for managers and leadership-level employees
- Advocate for and support JumpCrewu2019s culture in all aspects of the employee experience

- Skilled in building relationships and working collaboratively across teams

- Bacheloru2019s degree (HR or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in employee relations, HRIS, or benefits administration
- Experience using HRIS platforms; strong preference for those familiar with multiple systems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets)
- Working knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law fundamentals
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

- Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday, work-from-home Fridays

This individual will be instrumental in executing and managing HR administration processes, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and general HR operations.
