What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the HR team in recruiting and retaining university employees aligned with CCU's mission
- Assist with the affiliate faculty and student employment hiring processes, including managing communications and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain HR files and complete employment verifications
- Process tuition waiver applications and manage office supply orders
- Assist with benefit administration and other HR-related tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at CCU and able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems
- Strong work ethic and service mindset
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and interruptions effectively
- Engagement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church
