      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform staff services assignments and personnel analysis for the division
      - Act as a divisional Human Resources (HR) Liaison and assist in preparing Departmental Action Requests (DAR)
      - Assist with maintaining organizational charts and preparing monthly vacancy reports
      - Process promotions, training and development assignments, and out-of-class assignments
      - Travel as needed to assist with HR-related training for CSD management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
      - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
      - Possess personal computer skills, Windows 10, M/S Office
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

      - Experience in a similar role within a government administration setting
      - Ability to establish and maintain the confidence and cooperation of others
