What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Conduct interviews and assist with performance management activities
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and ADA
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in human resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an in-home care or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with employee performance evaluation processes
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
