What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate human resource processes at all business locations
- Administer employee health and welfare plans, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
- Assist managers in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Support employee relations and address any workplace concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employee health and welfare plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a multi-location business environment
