What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultation and support to managers and employees regarding employee relations and performance issues
- Assist with recruitment and hiring process, including conducting interviews and background investigations
- Respond to employee inquiries and promote understanding and compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop and implement management training programs
- Conduct exit interviews and investigations of employee relations complaints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Prior recruiting and labor relations experience
