What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an advisor and support to management in developing human resource strategies that align with organizational needs
- Provide performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and corrective actions
- Conduct workplace investigations and communicate with management on employee relations issues
- Analyze employee engagement data and develop action plans to enhance company culture
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and change management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resource experience
- Two years of experience in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Knowledge of human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and employee relations
- Two years of labor relations experience, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
- High School Diploma or GED; BA in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing HR leadership for multiple sites and/or states
- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday
- Strong strategic HR consulting skills
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
