      PAY RANGE = $101,230.24/yr. to $146,578.22/yr.

      GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
      The Manager, Human Resources provides Human Resources support and direction to supervisors and employees with the purpose of supporting the business imperatives, enhancing performance, and gaining a return on investment, in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.

      REQUIREMENTS

      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, equivalent degree or equivalent related experience.
      Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an HR Representative/Generalist.
      PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification a plus.
      Knowledge of HR Disciplines (Employee Relations, Staffing, Performance Management, and Compensation/Benefits/Rewards) including legal implications and requirements.
      Strong interpersonal skills along with oral and written communication skills.
      Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.).

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      1. Originates and directs the interpretation and application of established human resources policies throughout the company to provide a balanced program throughout all divisions of the company. Formulates and recommends personnel policies and objectives of the company.
      2. Recruits staff for multiple locations in a variety of positions. Screens, interviews, and hires. Works closely with other KII-G companies and temporary agencies. Conducts new hire orientations.
      3. Directs preparation and implementation of the company's Affirmative Action Program. May serve as OFCCP compliance officer and EEO coordinator for division, developing strategies to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
      4. Manages division's recruitment, placement, training programs and assures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity regulations.
      5. Protects interests of employees in accordance with the company's personnel policies and appropriate governmental laws and regulations such as OSHA and ERISA.
      6. Communicates company benefit program and assists with resolution of employee benefit issues. May provide benefits administration.
      7. Conducts a continuing study of all personnel policies, programs, and practices to keep the company abreast of current practice and informed of new developments.
      8. Facilitates and approves companywide staffing process and vendor staffing support.
      9. Assists with analysis of wage/salary data; coordinates compensation efforts, works closely with Senior Leadership on salary issues and adjustments. May support salary survey participation.
      10. Administers FMLA/ LOA program to all employee groups.
      11. Coordinates employee service awards through designated vendor.
      12. Assists with forecasting of the departmental budget, including costs for benefits, recruitment, monthly services, payroll services, training budget and departmental equipment.
      13. Implements Human Resources role and objectives in connection with the roles and objectives of the Company.
      14. Administration of performance management process for assigned division.
      15. Consults with line managers and employees on employee relations issues and problems to ensure that employees are fairly and equitably treated, to ensure legal guidelines are followed and that the business is protected.
      16. HR liaison to OOE Educational group; assists in the development of material and conducts training.
      17. Supports efforts required by corporate offices in Japan, as assigned.
      18. Assists with the communication of open enrollment programs, compiling material and collecting responses.
      19. Acts as a resource to diagnose Human Resources needs and challenges.
      20. Delivers presentations and trainings.
      21. Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports that are necessary to carry out functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports to senior management team, as necessary or requested.
      22. May act as project manager for HR related projects.
      23. May perform project costing and resources allocation.

      Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
