      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, plan, and manage the execution of HR-specific projects, ensuring thorough completion and communication with stakeholders
      - Advise leadership on business-critical decisions requiring an HR perspective
      - Manage and oversee employee recognition programs and the associated platform
      - Conduct data audits and maintain data integrity across HR systems
      - Develop communications for the HR team regarding new programs and policy changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree in business management, human resources, accounting, or equivalent experience
      - Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR project management with a track record of successful project delivery
      - Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition and performance management
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
      - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with business automation tools such as Kronos and Workday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
      - Direct experience with HR compliance and employee relations
      - Familiarity with analytics tools like PowerBI or Power Automate
      - Ability to recognize and optimize business processes effectively
